System Requirements
Basic requirements for running Easy Cheque Print.
These are the practical requirements an end user should know. Technical installation steps are intentionally not included in this guide.
Operating systemWindows 8 or above
A desktop or laptop running a supported Windows version.
DatabaseMicrosoft SQL Server 2017 or above
The application stores cheque designs and transaction records in SQL Server.
PrinterWindows-compatible printer
The cheque must feed consistently and the correct Windows printer must be selected in Settings.
DisplayComfortable desktop resolution
A standard desktop screen is recommended because cheque design and report windows contain detailed controls.
Before you start daily work
- Make sure the printer is switched on and available in Windows.
- Open Easy Cheque Print and log in.
- Check the Settings tab and confirm the intended cheque printer and default currency.
- If you are printing a new bank cheque format, create and test the Cheque Design before issuing a live cheque.
